Operations Strategy Essentials (Online)

This course contextualizes the importance of aligning the Operations Strategy to overall organizational Strategy, and details the key planning techniques employed to achieve effective resource management within Operations. It leads delegates through the key approaches to understanding and assessing key Operations deliverables, and also incorporates effective change management within Operations.

This course also explores the effective allocation and management of organizational resources including: Financial, Time, and Human Resources.
