Course Overview
This course provides a comprehensive exploration of international trade, focusing on the intricacies that influence its success or failure. Participants will gain a deep understanding of trade dynamics, including historical contexts and current challenges such as trade barriers and geopolitical tensions. They will learn tools and techniques to assess trade policies, adapt strategies for different markets, and proactively manage risks. The course will analyze key factors essential for successful trade practices at various levels and conclude with a summary of key learning points, followed by an action-planning exercise. Post-course support will be available for up to six months to assist with the implementation of action plans.
