This course is also your complete toolset of knowledge and skills required to deliver world class online L&D practice in your organization. The course delivers all the essentials elements of L&D for online delivery.
The course will wrap with a summary of the key learning points, followed by an action planning exercise with a view to apply the acquired knowledge and skills immediately upon your return to work.
